The group companies (Wanotec Japan Co., Ltd. and Wanotec Co., Ltd.; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") place great importance on the protection of the personal information of our business partners and employees, and are committed to its appropriate handling. Furthermore, "personal information" in this Policy refers to information collected from employees, regardless of the medium through which it was obtained.

  3. Joint Use of Personal Information
    The Company may jointly use the personal information of business partners and employees with its subsidiary, Wanotec (Suzhou) Electronics Co., Ltd. However, such joint use shall not exceed the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
  4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
    "The Company will not provide the personal information of business partners or employees to third parties, except in the following cases:
      • When consent has been obtained from the business partner for their personal information, or from the employee for theirs.
      • When required by laws and regulations.
      • When outsourcing a portion of business operations to an external party. (In such cases, the Company shall enter into appropriate contracts and manage the external party to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information.)"
  5. Management of Personal Information
    The Company shall manage personal information appropriately and take measures to prevent risks such as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage.
  6. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
    If an employee of a business partner or a Company employee wishes to request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their own personal information, please contact the following office.
