We develop all manufacturing procedures in-house. We also manufacture the equipment needed for stamping in-house, and have created our own quality control system and training system.
Global manufacturers visiting our plant have praised the uniqueness of our systems. We feel that problems arising in manufacturing processes are the fault of the system rather than the individual employee, so we respond to them by working to improve the system at fault.
Using our own production systems that have all been created in-house lets us provide quick and accurate solutions to problems. We are aiming to completely eliminate defects through exhaustive discussions of how to create rational standards.

Many of the projects we have done have taken several years to complete after the initial consultation. We function as a partner in collaborative creation efforts and long-term problem solving. OVERSEAS BUSINESS
Most of our business comes from European and North/South American companies doing business worldwide. Naturally we also supply products to clients in Japan, as well as to companies in several other geographic regions.
Precision parts are manufactured at our headquarters plants in Chiba and a plant in Suzhou, China. Our products are delivered to client plants and other sites.
Our business is growing in Europe, North America, Central America and Asia.
