1961

  • Company is established as Kase Seisakusho YK.

1967

  • Light bulb base shipments start.

1973

  • Crystal oscillator case shipments start.

1985

  • Company is reformed as Kase Seisakusho KK.

1989

  • Taiwan Kaixin Precision Co. is established.
  • Heat treatment technology is created.

1991

  • Automotive part shipments start.

1992

  • Plant 3 is established in preparation for overseas expansion

1993

  • Company is renamed Wanotec Japan Co., Ltd.

1996

  • Wanotec Suzhou Co., Ltd. is established.

1998

  • Various plating technologies are created.

2002

  • Wanotec Japan Quality Management System (WJQMS) is completed and put into operation. Original management system for pressed part manufacturing.

2003

  • Company acquires QS9000 certification.

2007

  • Company acquires ISO/TS 16949 certification.
  • Plant 4 is established.
  • Production innovation project starts in which the equipment used for each manufacturing process is developed in-house.
  • Partnership system starts for joint development work with clients.

2008

  • Worldwide shipments of automotive parts start.
  • A new Wanotec Suzhou plant is established.

2010

  • Original system is created for full quality assurance of pressed parts.

2011

  • Company acquires ISO 14001 certification.

2015

  • Production innovation project is fully completed.

2016

  • All manufacturing processes are automated as a result of production innovation project.
    Wanotec Japan engineering methods for production innovation are completed.

2017

  • Plant 5 is established.
  • Integrated production model plant starts operation using Wanotec Japan engineering methods for production innovation.

2018

  • Company acquires IATF 16949 certification (October).
